RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To receive a refund we require a proof of purchase.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. To ensure an easy return process, please include your proof of purchase and order number.

Return shipping cost are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

Final Sale Items may not be returned for a refund or exchanged.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us at HELLO@LALAGRACE.COM within 5 days of receiving your item so we can make things right. We will do everything we can within reason to assist you.

In your email please include your order number, description of the issue and a photo of the defect or shipping damage. Make sure to hold onto your original packaging as well. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

Once we have examined your case and approved an exchange we will ship you a replacement for the damage product(s). Please note that damaged products will replaced with the same undamaged product and cannot be exchanged for a different item.

SHIPPING FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged we will cover shipping cost to send you an undamaged product.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us HELLO@LALAGRACE.COM.

 

SHIPPING FOR ORDERS

We do our best to keep a healthy stock on hand but due to demand or order volume, items may occasionally be back ordered or briefly delayed. We will inform you via email about any delays regarding your order as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days via (USPS) United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

Once shipped US orders will usually arrive within 3 to 5 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International Mail or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority International Mail.

Once shipped International orders will usually arrive within 1 to 4 weeks. Packages are occasionally held in customs for unknown reasons therefore we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date.

Please note that laLa Grace is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. We advise you to check with your local customs office if you have questions regarding that rules, regulations and fees that may apply to you.

 

SHIPPING COST

We understand that shipping is expensive and we too wish that was not the case but our rates are set by USPS or whichever carrier you choose at checkout (we have no control over rates). 

We use an application known as Real Time Carrier Shipping so you are only charged exactly what the carrier charges to ship that item. Shipping rates are determined by where you live, weight and size of the package and the shipment method (ie: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Express Mail).

Effective  January 17, 2016, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) increased shipping rates between 9%-12% for Domestic Shipping  and 11%-21% for International shipping. You can visit USPS.com or UPS.com for more details.

 

PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

 

SALES TAX

A 6% sales tax will apply to all Virginia orders. At this time we are not required to collect sales tax on orders outside the state of Virginia.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary or if you opt to receive our newsletter.

We strive to ensure the security and safety of our customers and reserve the right to reject any order which raises concern. If we suspect any irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect his or her interests and ours.
